Team building has two components, bonding and fun. Both are very important but the former differs from the latter in that it focuses on making the bonding experience memorable rather than necessarily motivating people to do anything. In order for us to experience team bonding we need to have great team building questions that are either funny or surprising and therefore encourage everyone in the company to have fun and remember it forever.
